Spoiled!

I am so spoiled! Spoiled rotten? At any rate, I am blessed! My mom and my sister took me out to see "Les Miserables" and to Chili's afterwards for my birthday. Good movie ( I might have cried), yummy food, sweet time with family. 

My kids got me my favorite thing for my birthday - candles!!! I received several jar candles, all different scents that I love. I go through candles around here, so am thrilled to receive new ones. 

This week, another friend and her hubby are watching our kids so that Rich and I can have a date. Another couple gave us a gift card to Outback that we will be using on our date. We are so blessed to have friends that care about us so much!

Later this week, I will be meeting with other adoption moms for our bi-annual dinner out. We laugh and share and enjoy being together. I'm so blessed to be a part of this network of people that God used adoption to bring together.

Yesterday, some sweet friends and I hosted a baby shower at my house. I'll post pictures of that later. What a blessing that was! I had the best time creating and decorating and getting excited over the baby girl my dear friend Jen will soon bring into the world. What a blessing to have my house full of the best friends and inspirations and teachers a gal could ask for. 

2013 is shaping up to be a fabulous year. I'm counting my blessings and choosing to find joy in everything. God is so good to me! I deserve nothing but have an abundance!!! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

Since you're feeling so spoiled lately, we'll let you pick up the tab at our RR dinner tomorrow night. Would that help you feel better? ha ha ha ha CAN'T WAIT to see you and the rest of the gals!

Romans 12:9-21
9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. 10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. 11 Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. 12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. 13 Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.
